Marcia maintains the highest level of licenses available with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Phoenix in 2004 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and has had extensive training before and since in a multitude of treatment modalities.
In 2019, Marcia graduated with honors from the college of Hypnosis Motivation Institute to become proficient in the use of hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is available in regular counseling sessions. Marcia also graduated from the Level 1 course in Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy (QHHT). Hypnosis and QHHT can powerfully assist clients to access the deepest levels of their psyche, to let go of stuck patterns.
Marcia loves feeling spiritually connected to God/ Source Energy/ the Universe (or whatever you call the Creator and Maintainer of Life). She has studied a variety of advanced spiritual teachings, religions, and traditions for over 50 years. She honors and accommodates the client’s beliefs and might help to expand them. From her search for practical and effective spiritual practices, Marcia has much to share. She believes in developing one’s own sense of God, and practicing a daily, moment-to-moment connection, loving one another unconditionally, and sharing our truths assertively, with compassion and mercy. This is an ideal we can all work toward. There are many amazing teachers, books, podcasts, etc. available to assist.

Counseling Sessions – With Insurance:
For an appointment, contact Marcia directly at marcia@marciadiane.com. Please state your insurance company. After booking a session, you will be emailed further instructions and intake forms to be completed in advance.
Marcia is a provider for Anthem BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BCBS EAP, Optum, United Health Care (UHC, UBH), UHC EAP, and UMR. I can bill these companies for you.
You MUST check with your insurance company to ascertain if your deductible has been met plus what is your co-payment amounts are for the initial sessions and regular sessions, before your first session.
For other insurance companies, Marcia would be an out-of-network provider and cannot bill for you. If you want to see her, you will pay the full fee. Then Marcia can give you a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company; you will get reimbursed directly from them.
Counseling Sessions – Without Insurance:
$250 – Initial Assessment (50-60 Minutes)
$200 – Individual or Couple’s Counseling (45-50 Minutes)
Payment is due in each session by cash, check, or Zelle. I accept HSA, debit or credit card (all major credit cards and PayPal accepted) with a 5% handling fee.
A sliding scale may be available for those in need. Negotiate with Marcia prior to making your first appointment.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

FEES: Unless otherwise specified in writing, fees are: $600 for a first full QHHT session, typically 4-6 hours. This includes services: 1) Marcia’s review of this document; 2) Q&A & interview discussion; 3) QHHT session (usually 2-3 hours); 4) debriefing immediately after hypnosis session; 5) sending the tape recording of the session by wetransfer.com. Additional sessions: $400 approximately 2-3 hours (also includes 1-5).
You might be eligible for a REDUCED PRICE by scheduling a session with Marcia ASAP.
